• Classes will be conducted via third-party platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, etc. You are responsible for logging in on time.

• We may record sessions for internal use, quality, and student review purposes.

• Sharing or reposting recorded classes without authorization is strictly prohibited.

5. Certification

• Certificates will be issued only to students who complete the full course and meet attendance and performance requirements.

• Britican reserves the right to withhold certification in case of non-compliance or misconduct.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, including course materials, videos, logos, website content, and branding are the intellectual property of Britican English School.
• No part of the materials may be reproduced, copied, or redistributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

• While we aim to provide the highest quality of education and services, Britican English School shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.
• We do not guarantee job placement, visa approval, or test scores as results vary by individual effort.
